Year 2000 Systems Preparation

The client was preparing its systems for the crossover to the new Millenium and required Project Management assistance. 

The consultant performed the following duties:

• Work with key staff to document the scope of work
• Facilitated meetings to identify the work required
• Prepared a Project Plan using Microsoft Project which included detailed resource planning
• Planned the upgrade scheduling and system testing.

The client successfully prepared their systems for the transition to the new Millenium.
